HOTEL POLICY / RULES
Dear Guests to ensure the safety and comfort of the Hotel Guests during their stay, we have clarified some guidelines.
Room Check-in & check-out time is 12 pm.
- Guests are given the key upon registration at the reception and are kindly requested to lock the rooms. Guests are required to hand over their keys to the receptionist upon departure. If guests lose or do not return the key card they are obligated to pay the penalty.
- Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document.
- From 11:00 pm to 07:00 am hours is the time of night peace. We invite every guest to be careful during this period and not cause noise that can disturb other guests.
- We assume that the Guests are familiarised with and fully understand the Hotel Rules at the beginning of their stay in our Hotel.
- The hotel bears no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings. In case of any loss, you are kindly requested to immediately inform Reception. We suggest you double-check all drawers, and cupboards in your room upon your departure from the Hotel.
- All rooms have air conditioning. Please ensure that all the windows are closed before switching ON /using AC.
- Smoking in public places or hotel areas is not allowed.
- Wi-Fi internet is free and available throughout the entire hotel. Password is provided at the Reception.
- Hotel guests must have appropriate clothing and footwear when they are moving through the public spaces of the hotel
- It is not allowed to take explosives, weapons, inflammable materials, or other dangerous chemicals into the hotel
- It is not allowed to bring food and beverage from outside the hotel. The hotel keeps the right to move this food and beverage.
- It is not permitted to use iron, hot plates, electric heaters, or any other heater device.
- For your convenience hotel has arranged parking in front of the hotel. The hotel takes no responsibility for any damage or loss of your vehicle in the parking.
- For any damage caused by the Guest to the hotel property, the Guest is due to cover the cost of the damage to the Hotel.
- Guests may have their visitors but visitors are not allowed beyond the reception area. Visitor’s entry must be made at the reception counter.
- A payment guarantee is required. In case of a long stay, the services are to be paid on a weekly bases.
- All departures after 12 p.m. will be considered late departures and an additional 1-day tariff will be applied to the Guest’s hotel account.
- If during your stay, for whatever reason, you need to check out earlier, it is necessary to inform you 12 hours earlier to Reception prior to departure, so that your checkout process can be done faster.
- It is not allowed to take out from the hotel room inventory pillows, blankets, towels, paintings, or remotes.
- If you have any suggestions on hotel service or if you have any technical problems in your room, please be free to inform us at your earliest convenience.
