At Hotel Tirth, we respect your privacy and give you control over your personal data. If you wish to have your personal information deleted from our systems, you can request data deletion using one of the methods below.
What Data We Delete
Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will remove or anonymize:
- Your name, email address, and phone number from our user database.
- Your WhatsApp conversation history and communication logs.
- OTP verification records associated with your phone number.
- Session and authentication data.
What Data We May Retain
Certain information may be retained for legal or operational reasons, even after a deletion request:
- Booking records: We are required to retain transaction records for accounting and tax purposes as per applicable laws. These records are anonymized where possible.
- Payment logs: Payment transaction IDs and amounts are retained for financial audit compliance. Payment card details are never stored on our servers.
Method 1: Request via Email
Send an email from the address you used during booking with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include your full name and phone number so we can verify your identity.
Method 2: Request via Phone
Call us directly and ask to speak with the data protection officer. You will need to verify your identity by providing details about a recent booking.
Method 3: Request via Website Contact Form
Visit our Contact Us page and submit a message requesting data deletion. Include your full name and phone number for verification.
Processing Time
We will process your deletion request within 30 days of verification. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted. If we need to retain certain data for legal reasons, we will inform you of the specific records and the applicable retention period.
