Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the terms under which bookings made at Hotel Tirth can be cancelled and refunds processed. By making a booking, you agree to the terms set forth herein.
1. Cancellation by Guest
- Free Cancellation: Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time (12:00 PM) are eligible for a full refund.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking amount.
- No-Show: If a guest fails to arrive without prior cancellation, the full booking amount will be charged and no refund will be issued.
2. Partial Payment (Deposit) Bookings
For bookings made with a 40% deposit:
- Free Cancellation: Full deposit refund if cancelled 24+ hours before check-in.
- Late Cancellation: 50% of deposit is refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of check-in.
- No-Show: Deposit is non-refundable. The remaining 60% balance is not charged.
3. Cancellation by the Hotel
In the rare event that Hotel Tirth needs to cancel a booking due to overbooking, maintenance issues, or circumstances beyond our control, we will:
- Provide a full refund of all amounts paid.
- Assist in finding alternative accommodation where possible.
- Notify the guest as early as possible via phone and/or email.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from the date of cancellation.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during booking.
- For Razorpay payments, refunds are processed directly through the Razorpay dashboard and may take additional time depending on the bank or card issuer.
- Once a refund is initiated, you will receive a confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Processing fees charged by the payment gateway (Razorpay).
- Amounts forfeited due to no-show or late cancellation as described above.
- Any additional services consumed during the stay (e.g., extra meals, mini-bar, damages).
6. Modifications
Hotel Tirth reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Bookings made before the change will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of booking.
