Terms & Conditions

1. Check-in & Check-out: Valid government issued photo id is required at Check-in. Check-in/Check-out timings

are as communicated at the time of booking

2. Booking: All bookings are subject to availability & Confirmation by the Hotel Tirth.

3. Unmarried Couples: Hotel Tirth does not accommodate unmarried couples. Bookings made for unmarried

couples will be refused at the Check-in & booking amount will be non refundable.

4. Guest Details: Only registered guests are permited to stay in the room. Additional Guests require prior

approval and may attract extra charges.

5. Cancellation: Cancellation & refund policies depend on the booking terms applicable to the reservation.

6. No-Show: Failure to arrive without prior cancellation may result in the applicable booking amount being

forfeited.

7. Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

8. Visitors: Visitors are permitted only with the Hotel approval and may be required to provide valid identification.

9. Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to hotel property caused by themselves or their

visitors.

10. Illegal: Illegal activities, violence, harassments, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.

11. Noise: Guests are requested to maintain a reasonable noise levels and respect the comfort of other guests.

12. Parking: Parking is provided subject to availability. Guests should secure their vehicles & belongings.

13. Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during their stay.

14. Hotel Facilities: Hotel Facilities and services are subject to availablity and may ocassionaly be unavailable due

to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

15. Pets: Pets are not permitted anywhere on the Hotel Premises. Guests are requested to make appropriate

arrangements before arrival.

16. Acceptance: By making a booking or check-in guests acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
