Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Hotel Tirth website or making a booking. By accessing our website, initiating a booking, or completing a reservation, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Hotel Tirth website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hotel Tirth. If you are making a booking on behalf of others, you accept these terms on their behalf and confirm that all guests in your party are aware of and will comply with them.
2. Hotel Booking Policy
- All room reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment (full or applicable deposit) and receipt of a unique booking reference number.
- It is your responsibility to review all booking details — including dates, room type, number of rooms, and guest count — before completing the reservation. Hotel Tirth cannot be held responsible for errors made during the booking process.
- Special requests such as floor preference, adjoining rooms, or specific room location are noted at the time of booking but cannot be guaranteed. Every effort will be made to accommodate such requests based on availability.
- Group bookings (typically 3 or more rooms) may be subject to separate terms and conditions. Please contact the hotel directly for group booking inquiries.
3. Room Availability and Pricing
- Room rates displayed on the website are dynamic and may change based on season, occupancy, and demand. Rates are always displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
- All prices include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. The final amount, including a breakdown of room charges, add-ons, and taxes, is displayed before payment.
- Promotional codes and discounts are subject to specific terms, including minimum booking value, validity dates, and room-type restrictions. Only one promotional code may be used per booking.
- In the rare event of a pricing error, Hotel Tirth reserves the right to correct the error and notify the guest before confirming the booking. If a booking has already been confirmed at an incorrect price, we will offer the option to accept the corrected price or cancel with a full refund.
- Inventory is updated in real time. A room shown as available at the start of the booking process may be booked by another guest before payment is completed.
4. Check-In and Check-Out Policy
- Check-in time: 11:00 AM.
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM strictly. Failure to vacate the room by the check-out time may result in additional charges equivalent to a second day's room rate or more, at the hotel's discretion.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact the hotel in advance to make arrangements.
- A valid government-issued photo identification (such as an Aadhaar card, driving licence, voter ID, or passport) is required at check-in for all guests. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.
- Check-in may be refused if valid identification is not produced or if the guest's behaviour is deemed inappropriate by hotel management.
- Guests are required to hand over the key or keycard to the reception upon checkout. If the keycard is lost or not returned, the guest is obligated to pay a penalty charge as determined by the hotel.
- If guests are moving out of the room during the day, they must hand over the key to the reception to allow housekeeping service. Otherwise, housekeeping will not be done after 5:00 PM.
5. Payment Terms
- All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods supported by Razorpay.
- Guests may choose between full payment at the time of booking or a partial deposit (typically 40% of the total amount), with the remaining balance payable directly at the hotel during check-in.
- Payment is due at the time of booking for full-payment reservations. For deposit bookings, the deposit is due at booking and the balance is due at check-in.
- We do not store credit card or debit card numbers on our servers. All payment data is handled securely by Razorpay.
- Test transactions may be visible on your statement but will not be charged when the website is operating in test mode.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our cancellation and refund policy is detailed on our Refund Policy page. In summary:
- Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in may incur a charge of up to 50% of the total booking amount.
- No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- For deposit bookings, the deposit is refundable if cancelled 24 hours or more before check-in.
7. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are expected to behave in a courteous and respectful manner towards hotel staff and other guests.
- Guests are responsible for the behaviour of all members of their party, including children.
- Visitors are not allowed inside guest rooms at any time. Only guests who are duly registered at the reception with valid identity documents may use the rooms.
- Rooms can only be used by the guest who is duly registered at reception with a valid identity document.
- Eating or drinking on the bed is strictly prohibited. Guests must make use of the table and seating provided. Violation of this rule may result in penalty charges imposed by the hotel.
- Outside food ordered from Zomato, Swiggy, or any similar delivery app is not allowed inside the hotel premises.
- Towels provided at check-in will be replaced on the next day of stay only. Requests for additional or early towel changes may incur extra charges.
- Any damage caused to hotel property, furniture, fixtures, or equipment during the stay will be charged to the guest at replacement or repair cost.
- Guests must comply with all hotel policies, including those related to smoking, noise, and use of facilities.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse service, restrict access to facilities, or ask guests to leave the premises (without refund) if their behaviour violates hotel policies or local laws.
8. Hotel Rights and Reservation Cancellation
- Hotel Tirth reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation due to overbooking, maintenance emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund and, where possible, assistance in finding alternative accommodation.
- The hotel may refuse or cancel a booking if it reasonably believes the booking was made fraudulently or in violation of these terms.
- We reserve the right to update room rates, amend these terms, or modify website features without prior notice. Confirmed bookings will always be honoured at the agreed rate.
9. Smoking, Alcohol, and Property Damage Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all non-smoking rooms and enclosed public areas. A deep-cleaning fee of up to ₹5,000 will be charged if a guest smokes in a designated non-smoking room.
- Designated smoking areas are available on the premises. Please ask our staff for directions.
- Consumption of liquor, drugs, or any such intoxicating material is strictly prohibited on the hotel premises. If guests are found consuming such substances, the hotel reserves the right to refuse further hospitality and ask the guest to vacate the premises immediately without any refund.
- Pets are not allowed inside the hotel premises.
- Any intentional or negligent damage caused by the guest to hotel property — including but not limited to broken furniture, stained linens, damaged electronics, or blocked plumbing — will be billed to the guest at full replacement or repair cost. In severe cases, legal action may be pursued.
10. Children and Additional Guest Policy
- Children are welcome at Hotel Tirth. Please review the room capacity limits displayed during booking to ensure the selected room can accommodate your family.
- Visitors are not allowed inside guest rooms. Only guests registered at the time of check-in may use the room facilities.

- Extra bed or crib charges: Specify charges for extra beds, rollaway beds, or baby cribs.

11. Website Usage Policy
- All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Hotel Tirth or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the website for any fraudulent activity, to transmit malicious code, to interfere with the website's operation, or to attempt unauthorised access to our systems.
- We take reasonable measures to ensure the website is available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
- Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and may be a criminal offence.
12. Privacy and Personal Information
Your privacy is important to us. The personal information you provide during the booking process — including your name, phone number, email address, and payment details — is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard your data and do not sell your personal information to third parties.
13. WhatsApp Communication Consent
By providing your mobile phone number during the booking process and checking the consent box, you explicitly consent to receive transactional messages via WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) from Hotel Tirth for the following purposes:
- One-time password (OTP) verification for phone number authentication.
- Booking confirmation and booking reference details.
- Reservation updates, including modifications or cancellations.
- Payment confirmations and receipts.
- Check-in reminders and arrival instructions.
- Cancellation or change notices affecting your reservation.
These messages are classified as authentication or utility messages under Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and are essential to the service we provide. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, replying "STOP" to any WhatsApp message, or submitting a data deletion request.
Marketing messages: We will only send promotional or marketing messages via WhatsApp if you have separately and explicitly opted in to receive marketing communications. You may opt in or out of marketing messages at any time.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hotel Tirth, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website, your booking, or your stay at the hotel. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of personal belongings, personal injury, loss of enjoyment, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability in connection with any booking is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the guest for that specific booking. We are not responsible for loss or damage to valuables left in guest rooms, vehicles, or common areas. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe (if available) or deposit valuables at the front desk.
Parking: For your convenience, the hotel has arranged parking in front of the premises. However, the hotel takes no responsibility for any damage, theft, or loss of your vehicle or its contents while parked on the hotel premises. Vehicles are parked at the owner's own risk.
15. Force Majeure
Hotel Tirth shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic or epidemic, government actions or restrictions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, labour disputes, power outages, or failure of telecommunications networks.
In the event of a force majeure event that prevents us from honouring confirmed bookings, we will make every reasonable effort to offer alternative arrangements or provide a full refund.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these terms, your booking, or your stay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the city or district where the hotel is situated.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage guests to first contact us directly to seek an amicable resolution before initiating formal legal proceedings.
17. Changes to These Terms
Hotel Tirth reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Bookings made before a change will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of booking.
